Rachael is a Human Resources professional with more than 7 years of experience. Providing strategic leadership through an integrated, collaborative approach. Rachael’s professional background started in an emergency medicine group practice. During her tenure in human resources, she has enhanced the relationship between company Executives with the human resources department to support company goals and values.
In partnership with associates and management, Rachael aligns business objectives to formulate partnerships across the organization delivering value-added service to management and associates. Rachael seeks to use the most scientific HR metrics to form hypotheses about the best talent acquisition, talent retention, and talent development techniques to provide innovative benefit programs and services to associates, candidates, and customers. Rachael strategically manages HR as a business, to scale faster through technology and simplified process to reinvent HR standards.
