Our SBS team takes great pride in having developed an extremely effective training program for all new users and offering refresher courses for returning users of our billing system to properly train them in successful submission of claims. Since the successful submission of claims can rely on the documentation of student services in each student's IEP, we work closely with users and school administration to assure that the services they record are acceptable for successful reimbursement.
