Customer Support

Our SBS team continues to communicate and consult with the Department of Education and Department of Health & Family Services for questions and concerns on state and federal regulations/guidelines regarding school-based services. We work closely and diligently with administrators, supervisors and web users to complete tasks and objectives on federal and state updates/changes to the program. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional and personal support when they have questions, need clarification or have concerns using the system. Support is available via the phone, e-mail and through on-site assistance for system administrative functions should the need occur. Our normal support hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All help desk calls are taken immediately with a 24 hour or less response guaranteed.
