Debbie Ogrizovich leads MJ Care's School Billing Services Division. During her 20+ year career at MJ Care, Debbie has been responsible for managing and training office personnel in our clinics, hospitals and schools. She leads development of MJ Care's web-based Medicaid billing program, and continues to work to further customize the program to meet individual districts' needs. Debbie is highly respected for her industry insight and knowledge of state and federal programs. She has given informational presentations to school administrators regarding Medicaid programs for school-based services. She continues to train school professional staff on documentation requirements and performs documentation record reviews. In addition, Debbie has participated in the Statewide Advisory Group for Wisconsin School-based Services and was instrumental in the development of the Policy and Procedure Manual for School Professional Staff on School-based Services. She also provides consultation to our client districts, assisting them in their responses to the federal Medicaid audit.

Jennifer Corwin has been employed with MJ Care since 2003 and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her activities include: developing manuals and materials, giving informational presentations to school administrators, training for Internet users, training school staff on Medicaid documentation, and performing documentation record reviews.

She has been actively involved with the expansion of MJ Care's Medicaid billing program to additional states as well as the development of the web-based Medicaid billing system. Her other experiences include managing multiple people and working with HIPAA under the Minnesota Dental Association.

Sandy has been with MJ Care for more than 19 years. She is directly responsible for managing the daily billing functions of all billing contracts to ensure maximum Medicaid reimbursement for each district. She works alongside the SBS Programmer to enhance the reconciliation and aging sections of the software system.

She has been involved with training office personnel regarding the procedures for school-based services in multiple states, performing documentation reviews, billing eligibility, recumbent and invoicing districts. She handles the reconciliation and aging for all districts.

"Stretch" is the direct contact for school district administrators and managers seeking our assistant in contracting with MJ Care to be their billing agent. He has held an active and distinguished leadership role with the Massachusetts Association of School Business Officials and is a Past President of the association. "Stretch" is also a member of the Association of School Business Officials International where he has volunteered throughout the years on several committees. His perspective and insight into the roles and responsibilities of school business officials lends tremendous value as enhancements to our billing systems and programs continue.
