Intervention Plan / Plan of Care

This highly requested tool allows therapists to track, from year to year, the intervention strategies used and the success of those strategies. It also provides the data necessary to assist the therapist and the IEP team in their conversations with parents and teachers about whether or not to continue therapy services, assess service delivery model as well as consideration of dismissal of services.

Districts may purchase use of the Intervention Plan separately or as part of the Simply SBS™ billing software package.
