MJ Care staff is dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional and personal support when they have questions, need clarification or have concerns using the system. Support is available via the phone, e-mail and through on-site assistance for system administrative functions should the need occur. Our normal support hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All help desk calls are taken immediately with a 24 hour or less response guaranteed.
MJ Care provides assistance in obtaining your district's national provider number as well as all agreements required at the state level. We also work with each district to determine student Medicaid eligibility by connecting directly to eligibility databases. If a Medicaid audit is scheduled, MJ Care staff members can provide assistance with the audit preparation and representation.
