Our software includes a web-based treatment plan for service providers to report and document service data. For your protection and confidentiality our documentation system requires a username and strong password.

The system allows for direct entry of students, providers' caseloads, IEP end date, IEP evaluation date and transportation data. It also has the ability to import large amounts of data and validate each piece of information to avoid entering duplicate information into the system. It is able to easily import a flat file from an IEP writing/tracking database to further enhance this capability as demonstrated by our districts that choose to share data between their current IEP program and our billing program to streamline efficiencies.

Our software program also determines which days a student qualifies for transportation charges and accesses the charges for billing purposes. With the click of a mouse, the system provides an easy process to import bus route information for each student, and then find corresponding services to appropriately bill.

And best yet, our state-of-the art billing system removes the burdensome expectations placed on IT support staff to manage or maintain the system.

We also encourage our districts to be involved in making software upgrade recommendations as their billing demands change or when they are required to comply with changes in Federal and State Medicaid Program policies and procedures. The program is compliant with the Electronic Transaction Standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
