Linda Lubecke leads the human resource team and also oversees Rehab Force. She has been with the company since 2002. Initially working with the Long Term Care division Linda expanded her role with the company to effectively utilize twenty plus years of Human Resource health care management experience.

She enjoys participating in several valuable company committees including the associate appreciation awards, benefits and safety committees.

Her areas of interest include project management and team building. Linda's continuing education has been primarily in management development and supervision as well as evolving trends and guidelines for Human Resources professionals.

Linda works closely with her team comprised of regional recruiters, a benefits specialist and an HR assistant to shape the strong employment and benefit programs we offer our associates.
