Description: Long Term Care, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Full-Time, Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities: Involved in the comprehensive treatment of referred individuals with the goal of restoring optimal function. Provide quality treatment in compliance with physician's orders. Responsible for having all documentation and billing co-signed by supervising physical therapist.

Qualifications: Has working knowledge of regulations, PPS, billing and procedures to ensure maximum patient coverage. Have good problem-solving, time management and organizational skills. Must be a graduate of a accredited program and have appropriate state licenses.
