Description: Long Term Care, Physical Therapist (PT), Full-Time, dual PT/Rehab Director, Sign-on/Relocation Bonus

Responsibilities: Involved in the comprehensive physical evaluation and treatment implementation of referred individuals with the goal of restoring optimal function. Provides quality treatment in compliance with doctor’s orders. Supervise support staff and assistants to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapist program and possess applicable state licensure. Good problem solving, time management, organization and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
